The size of the firm allows it to engage in unique fee agreements to best fit each client and the particular case. MRW is a well-respected personal injury law firm. Tim McCloskey has successfully handled personal injury litigation for more than 25 years. All of our attorneys are highly educated and possess the skill, experience, and compassion to provide individuals and families with positive outcomes.

Our firm routinely handles injury cases related to workplace accidents, car and trucking accidents, product defects, and construction accidents. John Roberson was instrumental in obtaining a $4 billion national class action settlement that provided comprehensive relief for persons injured by exposure to the diet drugs known as “fen-phen.”

Arbitration

Our lawyers are experienced trial litigators with a proven track record of successful results via trial. However, they are also skilled at achieving success for their clients through arbitration and mediation when necessary. Resolving disputes through arbitration is customary in international transactions and we take great pride in aggressively representing our clients throughout the arbitration process in a cost-effective manner. Our lawyers have acted as lead counsel and participated in numerous arbitrations in many industries including energy, construction, finance and oilseed transactions. Our attorneys have appeared before some of the major arbitral institutions of the world, including the American Arbitration Association, the International Chamber of Commerce, and the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Panama. We have also advised and assisted in the enforcement of arbitral awards and judgments obtained in other jurisdictions.

He has handled cases before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh Circuits, the Texas Supreme Court, and most courts of appeals in Texas. He has been recognized annually as a “Super Lawyer” in Appellate Law by Texas Monthly magazine since 2003.
